I got it earlier somewhere else but they didn't have the review feature, so I'm writing something here. Color separation of this kit is really lackluster, with a lot of places in wrong colors and a lot of painting is needed to have the model look reasonably accurate. Most annoyingly, the beam saber has no color or parts separation and is completely white. Articulation is also pretty poor; the hips are on ball-socket joints, greatly limiting leg articulation. This kit is a perfect example of "early HGUC syndrome". Be prepared for the extra works if you want this model to look good.

This requires some painting for color separation if you are not a fan of big stickers. Beside that this kit is very sturdy and the joints are strong. Overall, I’ve enjoyed this kit.

recently I had built this and for a kit from the year 2000 (technically 1999 since it reuses some parts from the HGUC Gundam GP01), I was very surprised at how much I liked the kit! Unfortunately you will have to do some work to make it 100% color accurate. For starters you will have to color in all the thruster's that are all over the kit, yellow for the v in the chest, blue for the shield (if you don't want to use the stickers), grey for the thruster's on the shoulders, red for the scope of the beam rifle, red for the red lines on the shins, and also some paint for the included core fighter. Seam lines are apparent on the forearms and on the shoulders (the worst one by far as the thrusters are molded onto the shoulder). Other issues that I had with the kit is that the included trigger finger hand doesn't hold onto the beam rifle very well, includes a beam saber toothpick (thankfully it's not molded together with the holding hands), the ugly safety nub on the antenna for the head, the head can't really look up or down without popping off, and both the MS and core fighter doesn't have a way to attach into a action base. If you want a GP01FB that has the MS and Core Fighter included and don't mind putting in a bit of work... then I recommend this kit but if you aren't interested in painting or making the kit bitter... then you can safely pass on this kit.
