Will this fit the Ver.Ka Psycho Zaku?

No, these will not fit as these are meant for the HGUC Zaku (2.0) and not for an MG.

Are these specifically for the Char Zaku II as shown in the pictures or can these be used on any HG Zaku II?
Answer
There are specific parts to the space-type Zaku II (bottom of the feet, backpack), but most of it should be cross-compatible with regular Zaku II's. Only the included decals are specific to Char's Zaku for the insignias.
