No, it won't. However, GPaint is already thinned, so it doesn't need more thinner, unless your bottle has started drying up.

This work for Tamiya Panel Liner to clean excess off? X-20 Enamel Thinner does not show on Newtype site and I'd prefer to order from Newtype lol.

No, this is not the same and can damage your paint coat. USE ENAMEL THINNER FOR TAMIYA PANEL LINER!!!
