The blue parts on the Metal Garurumon have been changed to black and the gold parts are now silver. The light blue parts have been changed to white parts to recreate the color scheme of the Black Ver.

Well...
°Stiff joints that feel like they will break if not handled delicately.
°A lot of extra pieces included. I was able to assemble 4 extra feet, and almost 2 extra hind legs, 2 extra tongues, 4 more claw sets, 2 extra missile pod missile heads, and 2 more sets of chest vent pieces.
°There are a lot of super tiny color correcting stickers for most of the red sections that are on the figure.
°Oh super bonus: comes with an action base 4 set, in the box.
I give it a 4.25 of 5 because of the number of stickers and feeling like the joint pegs are going to shear off if I pose it.
