Bandai's new dinosaur plastic model brand, "Plannosaurus," continues with the Spinosaurus!

This lineup encourages you to learn about dinosaurs by assembling them yourself from the skeleton out! Begin with the "skeletal build," assembling the dinosaur's skeleton piece by piece. The "dinosaur build" allows you to attach the outer skin parts to the skeleton. Nippers and glue are not required, so they're easy to assemble!

Spinosaurus, the longest-known land-based carnivore, exhibits many crocodile-like characteristics; research suggests that they hunted on land and in water. Its tail was paddle-like, and its leg bones were especially dense for better buoyancy. The special base allows you to display the Spinosaurus in either a swimming or walking pose, and it can be posed as if it were walking on four or two legs with parts replacement. The unique position of its eye sockets and the abdominal bones that protected its organs from water pressure are also reproduced. Its mouth will open and close after completion, and the tongue, legs, neck, and other parts are movable, too!
