Soooo, what is this? I don't have a 3D printer (yet, anyways) nor a slicing program to actually view the files. Is this some kind of conversion kit meant to fit an existing gunpla frame, or is it a fully-printable model??

It's a full kit that you'll need to print and finish.

I'm also having trouble finding anything regarding build instructions. Do I need pins? some places look like they're needed. The build itself seems simple enough to wing it if you've built enough, but still challenging to go blind.

Since it's a statue, I'd think every part is just glued in place. The print should be strong enough to hold the weight without pins.

Is this a static build, or posable? And how tall is the finished product,

This is a static build from the look of it. There might be some very slight range of motion in the shoulders and hips, but from the looks of it, everything is goes together as you see in the pictures. There is no inner frame to use as a base point to posing
