How does this compare to gaianotes fluorescent blue? Does it also spray on like a clear blue?
Answer
It is similar to Gaianotes, it is semi-transparent. We recommend spraying it over a base layer that is similar in color. It will not work well if sprayed over white, black, or gray primer.
