I've tried different applicating methods and different primers with several of these "fluorescents" and none of them are actually fluorescent. They look great in the bottle but I discovered they come out more like a pastel, very bright, but low vibrancy. It lacks the color saturation need to be a true fluorescent. Pass on this one.
