Perfect companion to my god hand. I use these to chop pieces off the runner and then my god hand for the 2nd cut on the nub. I've had the same god hand for 5 years and its still going strong thanks to this side cutter.

The information in the book is awesome and can really help level up a novice builder, I'm glad I got the book. With that being said the binding is truly horrendous and a pain to use while trying to build a model and flip through the pages at the same time. The binding is very stiff and can come apart if you try to lay the book open completely flat especially near the middle.

Amazing in every aspect. Only complaint is when panel lining, the white wing parts can become very brittle so careful with that part. Otherwise this kit really matches and exceeds the hype around it. You can even pose it dynamically on one leg with out an action base. Again just amazing kit w/ or w/o decals.

Some small compact rulers that help with scribing, masking, etc.

These bad boys solve the problem of any loose joints/connections similar to blue tak but even more versatile. I used them to stiffen up the hip joints on my HG Barbatos and I used them for the shield/arm connection on my RG gp01. The shield kept popping out way to easily, but just one of the strips on the peg completely solved the problem.

More on the heavy-duty side, they are suitable for "beginner" nippers but leave the gate pretty rough. I like to use these to get pieces off the runners while leaving a good amount of "meat" on, which I then clean up with the SPN-120 Godhand and sand with the raser file. works well for me.

Not quite the hand grenade people have accused it of being, but also not the easiest to handle. My complete build actually fell from a 7-foot shelf, and it did not burst into a million pieces, some pieces came off but not like a "hand grenade" would. It's my first Ver Ka. build, in terms of complexity its comparable to any modern Mg kit and didn't feel like it was extra complicated compared to others. There are much better kits out there in general to build but as far as unicorn kits go, this one gets my pass.

As others have stated, this is a great starting point for anyone looking to get into airbrushing and haven't already OR if you don't want to pay for a full size noisy compressor, this is a good quiet budget option. I myself started with this set up but eventually moved on to a more traditional airbrush set up (hose/compressor). It works great for small projects and its fine for full on kits, but you will want to buy the extra battery sold on this shop if you plan on doing long projects with this set up.

The entire kit comes in one solid dark grey color which is a little disappointing but besides that I liked it for what it is.

Bought this kit because I'm a fan of the "chunkier" builds. It does not transform like the MG version but that's not much of a surprise considering its a HG, still a pretty cool kit. The rifle is the most prominent feature of this build, getting the yellow pieces to slide in and out is a bit of a pain but it works. Thanks to the blocky build of the body, it was pretty easy to paint.

Any word on when the holo decals will be released for this kit?
February 1, 20231 Answer:
Unfortunately, Delpi is running into issues trying to make custom decals for these. There will be a delay, probably until early 2024.

.2mm sparmax needles should work fine with this
March 7, 2023No, just the wording is confusing. In the description where it says “paint” it’s referring to using the decal setter to “paint” the surface, then apply decal then apply softer. While the description is correct it’s just confusing wording.
