Out of the twenty Master Grades I have built, the Sazabi ver. Ka is the best. Despite the many moving parts and panels, the build is less finicky than I expected. It comes with plenty of great accessories and poses pretty decently as well (provided you have an Action Base 1). It may cost twice as much as most Master Grades, but I'd say you get more than twice as much mobile suit.
