I would’ve given this 5 stars but the age of this kit shows in its articulation and build. However, if you decide to put in the work by painting and panel lining this model kit, it looks phenomenal. Try getting the waterslide decals for this one since stickers aren’t aesthetically appealing due to the outline.

I was genuinely surprised by this kit despite the age. It's not a parts former and it has its own action base. A panel line marker and some red paint for the thrusters are all you need to put details on this one, but I'd suggest going creative. A must have if you've watched Zeta or just want to have a flying space donut.

Don't get me wrong, but the HG ZZ Gundam is a fantastic model kit. Unfortunately, it's somewhat disappointing with the lack of a pair of closed fists and a hand that wields a beam saber for the left arm. I salvaged the hand parts from an HGBF Tryon 3 kit and here are pictures of what it would look if it had more hand parts. Additionally, the eyes and hands have been painted since the stickers didn't look great. Aside from being a parts forming kit, I'd still recommend it if you loved the ZZ Gundam anime. However, if you're looking for its extra hand parts, you might have to pray for Bandai to restock the Tryon 3 which we may never know when.

This is by far the largest model kit of my Gunpla collection. Compared to the RG Sazabi, The O, or the Qubeley, the Psycho Gundam towers above them all. Despite being an old model kit, it aged somewhat well. I didn't utilize the stickers and used markers for this one. Overall, a unique model if you want something that significantly stands out in your collection.

This marker is vastly superior to the regular white Gundam marker found in the basic set. The reason is that it completely covers the part in white compared to the basic marker which I wouldn't use.
