Great kit that is pretty fun to build but the little stickers that wrap around the piping on the legs are such a pain to apply.

This could be good, but you have to tighten the bolts so much to hold up a MG lile its designed to do. And if you do that, the plastic tools arent strong enough to loosen the bolt without breaking.
This is hands down my favorite model kit I've ever built. The MG Ver.Ka Sazabi, MG Ver.Ka Zeta, RG Nu/Hi-Nu, HG Nightingale, RG Zeong, any of the 55 kits I've built, nothing compares. I was blown away by the amount of detail and quality this kit has. I'll get my one major gripe out of the way; some of the joints are TOO tight and require sanding to be safely movable (especially the peg style joints on the dragon. even after sanding I had 2 break on me. Fixed with adhesive and additional sanding, but keep this in mind). Other than that this kit is a gorgeous 61 runner undertaking that took me 39 hours to complete. Before I built the kit, like I usually do with a master grade, I was looking to see if any waterslides had ever been made for the kit (there weren't any), but I'm so glad I didn't get any, because it would have been TOO detailed and busy. I also love the amount of options this kit gives; 6 different hands per side, a super customizable weapon, solid stands for the suit and the dragon, and a beautiful florescent effect part. The build itself was great too. The plastic was soft and didn't mark that much, and almost every single part is under-gated (some were hard to clean due to placement though). Overall, so good and I highly recommend anyone who likes advanced kits pick this up when its in stock.

This kit was sooooo fun. I've recently been doing some 08th MS Team MGs and while they are great for cutomising and panel scribing their age shows. This kit was such a refreshing break. Everything was so easy. It reminded me how much Master Grades have improved over the years. Pros: Lots of intricate panel lines. Super sturdy; it can stand on its own with the Ootori backpack equipped, with almost no forward lean. No loose joints at all. Pretty good articulation. A cool floating knee gimmick. Cons: SO MANY COLOR CORRECTING STICKERS. Like more than most high grades. I get that if they wanted the yellow lining on the wings to be molded it would be a pain (both for designers and builders), but I feel like there could have been a different solution. I chose to forgo all the stickers, but I may end up using some markers later to make it color accurate. Some of the joints were too tight, leading to me cracking one piece in the shoulder inner frame. I learned my lesson from that point and sanded down any joint that felt dangerously tight. The shield and shoulder armor get in each others way.

This kit is awesome in almost every regard. People have already given this kit its praises, so I'm just going to discuss the peeves I have with this kit. Firstly, some places could use better articulation, namely the feet/toes. Secondly, the decals included in this kit are pretty frustrating. I have used 3rd party waterslides in the past, so I assumed Bandai's would be just as good if not better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The decals have such bad adhesion, I would finish one decal, move on to another only to find the previous decal stuck to my fingertip when I barely touched it. Lastly, this kit really could have used undergating, mostly on the red and blue.

Questions (1)
Is there any reason these wouldn't work for the HG Sinanju as well?
June 18, 20231 Answer:
No particular reason. The RG is very slightly different in proportion and design but most of the decals should fit the HG just fine.
