What is the difference between this and other surface sprays

Kotobukiya is weird about reprints... but the MGS4 version that just came into stock includes all of the parts from the original excluding the figures, you can find the original manual at https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10196669

These are a waterslide version of the sticker style decals found in the kit. The last page of the manual has instructions as to where to place them
