If I buy RG Aile strike and RG Sky Grasper can I make a Perfect Strike? Thank you.

Sort of. You will be missing the battery pack rack that fits under the Aile pack and the weapons will be missing the backpack mounting arms. Otherwise, the armor can be mounted like the regular Perfect Strike.
