I bought these sanding sponges with the goal of finding a flexible tool to deal with sanding nubs on rounded surfaces. They do this job perfectly! I will now never not have a set of these ready at hand for model building. I've also started occasionally using them instead of my infini sticks for flat pieces when they are more conveniently at hand and I could potentially see a future some day where they are all I use. The only improvement I would like is if they added a couple of higher grits (like a 5000 and a 7000), but I would not remotely suggest that this is a problem. I bought these at the same time I bought the Dspiae 3.0 nippers, and I found the quality of life upgrade from these sponges was close - and maybe equal - to that of the nippers (upgrading from the Bandai Entry Nippers).
